3 Months Ahead
- Familiarize yourself with Life Realities resources. Study additional information about Life Realities resources by looking at the "Guide to Using Life Realities Resources," in the Worship Resource Booklet.

- Involve worship leader, drama leader, small group and/or Sunday School leader in the process to determine the resources to use and then hold them accountable for their given parts to the whole.

- Set dates for the Life Realities emphasis on the church calendar.


6 Weeks Ahead
- Order appropriate Life Realities resources.

- Make copies of the small group studies for leaders of the groups.

- Prepare small group leaders/Sunday School leaders to use the lessons in the adult and youth groups or classes on the calendar dates set aside for the purpose and give them copies of the lessons.

- Worship and drama leaders should be preparing their respective parts for the emphasis.

3 Weeks Ahead
- Pastor prepares four sermons for emphasis and determines whether to se PowerPoint.

- Worship leader works with media person to be keyed to use the PowerPoint Offertory Presentations during offertories and also to be prepared with the theme song provided.

- Drama leader works with drama groups to be prepared with the weekly dramas.

2 Weeks Ahead
- Display posters.

- Involve congregation by announcing the significance and purpose of the emphasis from the pulpit and through newsletters and encourage members to pray for the Lord to use the emphasis to change lives.

1 Week Ahead
- Make sure the office help has four bulletin inserts that need to go in the weekly bulletins.

- Remind teachers and others about the special lessons for the small groups/Sunday School classes.
