This includes Next Level Leadership training which was developed by the North American Mission Board to equip and encourage His leaders to practice biblically-based leadership and ministry strengthening principles. Part of this training incorporates Building Powerful Ministry Teams which was designed to assist church leaders in discovering, developing, and producing high performing ministry teams. This workshop is very effective for team leaders, existing teams, or newly formed teams. Leadership training is also provided for deacons and other types of laity leadership.
A "smaller church" is one whose congregation is comprised of 125 members or less in Sunday morning worship. Our office provides consultations to these congregations in all facets of church life. Needs of the smaller church are addressed relevant to its unique qualities and circumstances.
This includes providing opportunities to help resolve issues in the local church. Some of these opportunities include training for individuals who serve on pastor search committees, transitional pastors' training, helping the local church to discover if it needs a transitional pastor, or providing resources to support search committees and/or transitional pastor processes.
The church office is the nerve center of a congregation’s life. It is a support system for church staff members and volunteer leaders, a communication center for church life, and a business location for transacting church affairs. It is at the center of support services for church administration and congregational leadership. There are five major areas to consider:
