Below is a description of mission building projects:
 
Vinyl siding - install squares of siding to exterior of building. Bottom rows beginning at 42" high at the top of brick rolox. Some wall height will be 17' as well as one section of 2nd and 3rd floor. Scaffolding and hydrolic basket available.
 
Brick - install aprox 15,000 brick on church, pastor's house and member's house. Labor cost in this area is approx $1.25/brick if a church would like to donate funds to cover this cost.
 
Soffit - install metal facia, vinyl soffit material, roof edge is 17' on ground floor, some 2nd and 3rd floor. Basket lift available. Gutter and downspouts to be installed on church, annex, pastor and member's houses.
 
Welded one piece door frames - install approx 50 one piece metal frames to wood framed stud walls before drywall can be hung.
 
AC/heat duct - install ductwork under supervision of volunteer AC company representative. Wrap all ductwork with fiberglass insulation.
 
Electric work - install EMT conduit and wiring from main distribution to panel boxes, AC units and building electric system.
 
Plumbing - install copper and plastic PEX pressure lines throughout building, finish PVC sewer drain lines.
 
Spray foam insulation - install approx 50,000 sq ft of spray foam insulation throughout building as insulation on exterior of building and sound barrier for interior walls.
 
Drywall - install and finish approx 60,000 sq ft of 5/8" drywall on walls, limited ceiling areas.
 
Floor covering - install carpet, ceramic and VCT flooring throughout building approx 40,000 sq ft.
 
Stage and sound booth area - need carpenters to build stage area and finish construction of sound booth area out of wood framing.
 
Ceiling tile - install approx 30,000' of lay in ceiling system.
