A Place for Everyone
Is your church a place where everyone can come and worship and serve the Lord? God's word mandates that we minister to all persons, regardless of their needs. This applies to people with physical and mental disabilities as well as every other person God has created. We must provide a place for unconditional loving. All people are loved unconditionally by God. Since we are loved unconditionally how can we do less than love other in this way. Often we want to help "provide for those less fortunate" or "do something to help." This is a humanitarian love. What we need is the Christian love that demands we give ourselves.
Pray for God's leadership. Ask him to open your eyes to the person around you who need to be ministered to and who need to minister. Commit yourself to follow God's leadership to provide a place for everyone to worship our Lord.
