Memorial for the innocents prayer service set for Capitol Memorial for the innocents prayer service set for Capitol January 14, 2005 JEFFERSON CITY – Missouri Right to Life is sponsoring a “Memorial for the Innocents” prayer service Jan. 19 at 12:10 p.m. in the main floor rotunda of the Capitol. The purpose of the service is to pray for unborn babies who are in danger of being aborted. Roses will be distributed to state lawmakers as an outreach stemming from the service.
